ADRs - Better to call or use on-line system?

Hi everyone

Just a couple of weeks to go before my 180 day mark and I was hoping for a bit of advice

Are you better to hit the on-line reservation system right away or do you have a better chance of getting your first choices if you call?

Looking at my list the only reservation that may be hard to get will be Le Cellier, should I call and try and get that first then go through all the others with the agent or just do the whole lot on-line

Since the 180 + 10 hasn't been working, I would say call. I keep hoping that feature starts working again. When you try to use it now it gives you a phone number to call. Back before the new upgrades it would ask you to enter your resort reservation. My call day is next week.
