Yesterday someone posted that they were able to make ADRs at 183 days. Has anyone else been able to do this?

The way it works is - if you are staying off site you can call 180 days before each ADR.

If you are staying onsite you can call 180 days before your arrival date and book 10 days worth of ADRs :)

So the ADR you book on your 10th day would actually be booked 190 days before :)

This posters arrival is Dec 7 2008 and was able to make ADRs on June 7 2008. She also said she was able to make ADR for the night of MVMCP when she bought tickets in May.

Wow. I calculated my date would be June 9th for my arrival date December 6th. I would not have even called before that date.

That is our arrival date also. I was quite upset yesterday when I saw someone post stating that they got all the ADRs they wanted and their arrival date was latter.

I know. This annoys me too. Some agents break the rules or don't realize they are I'm guessing. :confused3

I was able to make dining reservations for the night we have tix for MVMCP on the day we ordered the tix (the first day they went on sale). My understanding is this is an exception to the 180 day rule.

I too was upset to see that someone was able to make all their regular ADRs prior to 180 days from their check-in (not confusing this with the 180+10 rule). I read something similar last week on another board--someone who happened to catch a CM who let them make ADRs before their 180 day mark.

I have to say this makes me :furious: :furious: :furious: and :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 as to why some CMs aren't following the rules especially since I'm going in the same time frame (a little earlier) and I couldn't get the restaurants and times that I wanted. I really hate to think it's because slots went to folks that weren't even rightfully within their booking window.:( :( :(

Where are you staying? We are at the Poly.

Disney needs to get a handle on this situation so everyone has an equal opportunity to get what they want.

We are at WL

I wish I would have known you could make An ADR at the same time as purchasing MVMCP

Hi! I'm staying at the WL too in a Courtyard room. I tried to make a reservation for the same night as MVMCP. One CM told me I couldn't, another told me they will only take reservations for 6:00PM or after at LTT, Crt or Tony's. I chose not to and I'm waiting until tomorrow to see what is available. 6:00PM is way to late in my opinion. I don't want dinner to cut into our MVMCP time. Good luck with your reservations! :goodvibes
