Hi All,

I called yesterday to make our ADR's for May. We were exactly at our 180 + 10 days. There were 4 or 5 restaurants where they had to put us at separate tables and she said to call back in a week or so to get us at one. We will be 4 adults and 1 infant. I just found it weird to run out of 6 tops so early. We had no problem with places like Ohana, but we had to accept 2 tables to LTT for lunch and such. Anyone have success getting moved to 1 table?

TIA!

Were you given 2 confirmation numbers or 1 for each of these ADRs? If you were given 2 then that's odd. If you were given 1 then no need to worry because this is a standard warning given to lots of people. It's very rare to actually get there and be seated separately. Parties of 1 have even been given that warning.

Interesting. We were given 1 confirmation number. We just found it odd because it's the first time it's ever happened to us. Thanks for the insight.

That's odd that she told you to call back because that is somewhat of their standard warning. We were told that for almost all of our ADRs but it never happened.

Were you told when you made the reservation that you definitely were at 2 tables for now?

No, we were told that our party could be seated at two tables. I asked if that really happened and the CM said rarely if ever but they had to say it. So I would be really surprised if the system was assigning parties two tables under one confirmation number. Even if there wasn't a table open for your party size and the CM took it upon herself to book you two tables, you should have two confirmation numbers. I honestly think that I would call just to confirm the information because it wouldn't be the first time that a CM provided a guest incorrect information.

Yes, I think I will do that. The CM had a bit of an attitude, so I think I will call back and speak with another. Thanks for the input!
