So, how did we do for 145 days out? After I rearranged for a Halloween trip, my boss came back and said, "Dr. (superintendent) says that if you work your extra 8 days between July 1 and Aug 1, he is not concerned what dyas they are as long as you work them." So I was on the phone with Disney that night! But we determined we'd still spend out of pocket about $400 additional dollars in food, so we kept the DxDP instead of going back down to DDP. It works for us, since our kids are big breakfast eaters. We figured we'd be paying OOP for 5 days worth of breakfast buffets. The dining plan doesn't work for everyone, but we think it is going to work for us.

That looks like a great plan! Ours was similar when we went in Feb and we had a fantastic time.
