ADRs: Are they "attached" to your ressie?

When we make our ADR for CRT this week for mid-August we will be using the 180+10 deal (the CRT booking will actually be 183 days in advance). If we change or cancel the ressie that we book the ADR thru, will that also cancel the ADR? Or the ADR separate and distinct from the ressie?
Do I make sense?

Your ADR is separate. I booked my ADR's under a WL reservation, then switched to POFQ-my ADR's stayed in one piece. Ironically, when I asked the POFQ concierge to print my itinerary of ADR's for me, it listed WL as my resort.

If you book through an travel agent and cancel they will cancel the ADR's they made for you.

I believe that depends on the travel agent that you use, you should ask them before you cancel.
