ADR's are stressing me out

I really need to make up my mind because I know it's going to get harder to make a reservation.

As of right now I have ADR's at Chef Mickeys (this will be the first time), Crystal Palace (my kids favorite and mine), and Epcot's Akershus (did this last time we were there and husband wants to do it again). Now I want to do the Cinderella's Castle but I would have to cancel one of the other ones because of the price.

I wasn't all that impressed with the food at Akershus but was with the amount of time the princesses visited the table. I know at Cinderella's they kind of rush you. Can someone tell me why I should stay with Akershus or switch to Cinderella's?

It's basically the same, but less $. But I'd go for the castle just for the experience and skip the Akershus if you want to experience CRT. When I booked my CRT today she told me about Akershus for 1 credit but I told her we wanted to sit in the castle. She understood! ;)

So what about the food? Is it any different? Part of me just says book it along with it and the other part of me says "two princess meals?" Is the castle that cool to do?

We really enjoyed the castle, they do a little ceremony for the kids. It was really sweet. The view from the castle looking at the park is something I'll always remember!

I have not done Askuers but I have done the CRT for breakfast and dinner and I have to say other than being able to say " I have done CRT" there is really no big deal about the CRT. I mean the food was OK and I mean OK, my DD3 Cinderella fan, was not at all blown away by it so I say save your $$$$ and stick with Askuers unless you are bent on CRT and that little ceremony, it just that a little ceremony trust me not impressive at all my kids could care less.

CRT is only good. Not great. The experience is ok. Unless it is something someone in the family is dying to do I would stick with Asker as it is better princess time. Dinner at CRT gets you a meet and greet plus a photo with Cindy but no one on one upstairs.
