ADRs and park hours

Just starting my planning for May 2016. How can I reserve meals 180 days out if the park hours schedule doesn't come out until around the same time. No real time to plan them from what I can see. The restaurants I choose are dependent upon which park I'm in and I won't know which park I'll be visiting until I know the hours/ extra magic hours. Any help would be appreciated!

The first iteration of the calendar comes out about 6½ months in advance so the May calendar should be out in mid October. You can keep an eye on this calendar and when May 2016 is posted it will update:
