I used the online system extensively to modify my ADRs for my August trip. I originally made the ADRs over the phone. So now I have an upcoming trip and I will be making them online from the beginning. My question is...maybe I need a brief tutorial;), how/where do you put in your resort reservation number so you can book 90+10? I would appreciate this info..thanks!

Go to the disney dining site and select a restaurant. When that screen comes up, it will ask you if you want to associate this ADR with a resort reservations, and, if you do, to "click here." Click on the "click here," and it will ask for your confirmation number, last name, arrival date and resort. Assuming the system is working properly, it will confirm your reservation for those dates ang that resort. You can then make ADRs for that restaurant and others, and all of them will be associated with your resort confirmation. On the 90th day out from your resort reservation, you'll be able to book ADRs for your entire vacation, up to 10 days. You can play with the system before that, just to familiarize yourself with it. Choose a date that is closer than 90 days and see what it says is available for that restaurant or others. You don't actually have to go all the way through to book the ADR, and that way you'll know what the system is like before you actually have to use it for a real ADR. I know this helped me be more efficient at 3 AM when I was doing my real ADRS!

Thanks for this. I have been trying to practice, but I could never see where you are supposed to "click" to put in your resort reservation. In fact, after reading your post a couple of times, it still took me about 5 minutes to find it..but I did finally! :yay: And it's only 7:00 p.m. here..no excuse! Thanks so much for this help..:flower3:

Glad you managed to decipher my directions. It probably would have been helpful if I had been looking at the dining site at the same time, so that I could have quoted the instructions there verbatim. I was paraphrasing because I was operating from memory, which I should know by now isn't totally reliable!

What time can you start booking online for that day?:confused3 I've been told several different times but 3am seems to be more frequent. I live in CST. I will be making my ADR's on Oct 27 for my march 14-19th trip along with about 1 million others and would like to start as early as possible.:surfweb:

Thanks to anyone that can answer my question.:worship:

WAAAAAAAA...So frustrating...
I've been trying to retrieve our hotel reservation to get into the booking window for the past 1 1/2 hours and so far this morning it hasn't worked. I know I'm doing it correctly since I practiced last night with retrieving, etc. So very frustrating...and so tiring! Guess who's going to bed early tonight :rotfl:???

It is frustrating! I had me and DH at our computers at 2am (CST). At first he got in and I couldn't. Then, I got in and he got errors. It took a few minutes to get it going for both of us. I definitely recommend the multiple tab method that I read on the boards.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

still won't let me in. sleepy...............:rolleyes1

maybe I'll just call...When can we call on Sunday am? time anyone?

Past 6 am now and I still can't retrieve the reservation and start making ADRs for DH and DS who are heading down 5 days before me to start our Christmas celebration.

Anybody else getting this message?

Enough of the weird message already...we've got ADRs to make. I mean...come on...it's only 90-100 days away :rotfl2:. (I think I'm starting to have a little breakdown from being overly tired :rotfl:).

The good news is I started to upload pics from my June/July trip to the Kodak site and could probably have an entire photo book done by the time the system comes back online...

at least you're being productive...I discovered some old brownies on the counter to keep me busy:laughing:

guess I'll just call at 6 CST and see what I can get.:upsidedow

Does anyone know if it opens earlier than 3am-us Brits are already up and about at that time;) It will be nice not to have an expensive transatlantic phone call to get it sorted-I'm sure they won't mind at work if I sit and do it..... :surfweb: (Obviously the trick will be NOT to whoop and holler/ scream in anguish if I can't get what I want....)

SOOOOOO much easier talking to someone, isn't it? DH strolled downstairs a minute before 7 am and I gave him the bad news that the online system seemed to be down. He picked up the phone, got through in about 5 minutes, and we now have ADRs at every location we wanted very close to what we originally hoped for from December 19 - 29. Only two more days of our trip to book...he's assigned that task tomorrow and Tuesday!

Hope everyone else similar good luck calling. See you at Christmas.
