Adr ???

What if you show up a little late for your ADR? By a little late I mean 5 or 6minutes.

I was just wondering because I have some booked that the time will be super tight to get there early. Of course I'm still hoping that there will be a cancelation that I can get for a later time.

You should be ok but the ADR isn't a set reservation -- once you check in you're in line for the next available table. Depending on the restaurant you might have more people ahead of you by arriving late but I've never seen them cancel an ADR for arriving a few minutes late.

I was reading on the restaurant board that people show up anywhere from 20 - 60 minutes late. Most said that they had no trouble getting a table but a few said they were turned away.

I would not have the nerve to walk in an hour late and hope for a table. I think there should be some sort of grace period but not 60 minutes.
