ADR without Resort or Vacation Reservations

I made plans to go from Dec 11-16. Due to my daughters college dates changing we had to postpone until January. I have not booked our reservation fro January as I am patiently waiting for any discounts that might come out, which usually happens in October.

So here is my question: I know the dates I want to travel in January, so can i BOOK dinner reservations now even without a vacation reserved?

I have an account on Disney as I have not cancelled my December reservation as of yet.

Yes. You do not need a reservation to make ADRs less than 180 days out.
