ADR Window Tomorrow for December 26-January 1...Few Questions

Hi.
Tomorrow at 5:45 am I will be on line and ready for 6:00 am window to open to make
my December 26-January 1 ADRs.

I have a few questions:

* I will make my ADRs from my MDE account, is this correct?

* I will be on my laptop for my first ADR and I can use the app on my iphone 6Plus for the second and so on, is this correct?

* I have loaded my credit card information into MDE so I do not have to do this for each ressie.

* We are a family of 4 and my kids are 18 and 22. We would like dinner approximately 7:00 pm. Do I put in a specific time for dinner or do I put in "dinner"? What do you think will give me the most options?

* Should I do my NYE Ressie first, which is either Via Napolia (if we go to Epcot) OR Yachtsman if we do not go to Epcot. My dh/kids has to finally make a decision on where he wants to be on NYE. He is retired from NYPD for over 10 years but use to have to work Times Square every year so being in the thick of it isn't too much of a necessity for him but I do have older kids that will want some action.

* If we end up not going to Epcot for NYE, which would you think is "better"....going to Boardwalk and having a late (9 ish) dinner at Yachtsman if available or making ressies at DTD. We are leaving on January 1 but we don't mind if we are out late.

The rest of my restaurants I want to book are:
December 26 - Arrive. Staying at SSR Treehouse Villas / Turf Club at SSR

December 27 - Relax. DTD - Splitsville, 7 pm. I already called and made reservations and gave my credit card to reserve an ally. We will eat as we bowl. Never did this with the kids in all our years at Disney so this will be different and they are both in college/law school so it will be a fun time together.

December 28 - DTD Dinner at Frontera

December 29 - Yachtsman if we don't go to Boardwalk for NYE

December 30 - Epcot if we don't go for NYE (dh/kids decide tonight) - ViaNapoli or need another restaurant if we don't go to Epcot

December 31 - Epcot or AK or MGM / Dinner at Via Napoli or Yachtsman

Do you think my restaurants will be difficult?

The iphone app has SUCKED lately, I have 6s+ with the most current MDE app update and it NEVER lets me book. Others have had the same issue if you look back some threads

I tried to book something last night using the app. It did not work for me and I have a Samsung. My thoughts is use your laptop for all your reservations if you can because the apps just has issues.

Do the reservation that is the most important for you first. You may luck out and get it. I am staying from Dec. 23 to Dec. 28th and I got almost everything I wanted.

You just log into your MDE account and click on the dining reservation area and you can search by specific times or general times such as Lunch, breakfast, dinner. I always select lunch, dinner, etc. That way I see all the times available.

Via Napoli hasn't opened NYE reservations yet.

Make your reservations through your MDE account rather than the phone if you can. My Apps never loaded the correct dates for me, so I stuck with my PC. Aside from the normal MDE error messages, I got pretty much everything I wanted and was done booking before 6:30am.

I was up and ready to go for 6 am.
I was able to get everything we wanted although my ADRs really aren't what everyone seeks out to get. However,
at 6:30 am, I was still seeing great time availability for BoG breakfast/dinner and Cindys breakfast/dinner.
I was thisclose to booking because I know they are hard to get but I will need to get my family (which includes an 18 and 22 year old)
up/out by 5:45 am-6 am and there is no way I could do earlier with an earlier breakfast LOL

The only thing I couldn't book was Frontera. It doesn't look like times have opened for December 26-January 1. When it opens, I hope
to move my Cape May to Frontera.

Staying at SSR, family of 4 with kids 22 and 18, 3 day park tickets:

Monday, December 26
Arrive 10 am from New York / Unpack, have food delivered, put away, relax.
7:05 pm SSR Turf Club

Tuesday, December 27
Relax
7 pm Spitsville Lane Reservations and Eat while bowling

Wednesday, December 28 - Magic Kingdom
7:30 pm Grand Floridian Café
Dinner in MK didn't excite my dh, although I could have gotten BoG or Cindys ggggrrrr
So, we figured if the kids want to go back at night since probably open late, we can have burgers, etc. at GF Café
and take monorail to MK. If we don't want to go back, we can ride monorail and see the resorts decorations.
We have never stayed out for late EMHs so thinking this will be something new.
Should I get FP for the evening instead of day since we will be at RD and plan to leave no later than noon?

Thursday, December 29
Rest Day
7:25 pm Cape May Café (I will book Frontera on this day when/if it opens)

Friday, December 30
AK or MGM (Haven't decided but it is a 10 everywhere so doesn't matter until I make my FPs)
7:30 pm Boathouse

Saturday, December 31 - Epcot
8:05 pm Yachtsman
Walk after dinner from Yachtsman to Epcot

Frontera finally showed up for Thursday, December 29. Canceled Cape May and booked Frontera.
Being in walking distance to DTD and with the horrific crowds happy I was able to change since we are staying
at SSR.
