ADR window confusion - can anyone help?

All of the ADR calculators tell me my window will open up today, for our trip arriving 14th October.
However, when I look at Disney's site, it's currently only open to 12th October, implying that today would only roll over to bookings for the 13th and not the 14th?

Am I a day too early, despite checking various ADR calculators?

I don't think it opens until midday UK time. Could that be It?

It's 11am our time - but given I can only see the 12th available at the moment, I don't understand why the 14th would become available at 11am?

Weirdly when I looked again a few mins before hand, the 13th had now opened up, so when it came to 11am the 14th then rolled around... odd though!
