ADR - what time?

I am checking into CSR on Oct 13th. I know my 90 day window is coming up, does anybody know how (besides counting backwards) I can find out exactly what day? Also what time can I start trying online or calling? I live in NY. We are celebrating my DD's 6th birthday and really want to get CRT on the day of her brithday for a late breakfast, after she gets her hair done at BBB. I hope to be able to get that early in the day.

Also I know this doesn't go on this board, but if I am just doing the hair and makeup package at BBB, how long does that take?

What do I have to do if I go the online route for ADR's to be able to do the 90 +10? Is it better to call vs doing it online? Can I call and if put on hold, try online while I am holding, and then maybe teh CM can help with what I have left?

Any advice on getting my ADR's I want would help, I am worried since I am seeing so many post about not getting what they want. I am hoping since it is after FDP, it may not be as hard. What do you think?

Thanks in advance!

I can't address the online ADR question since that wasn't available when I had to make ours.

BBB should take 30-45 minutes. My daughter had this done a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. She was a couple of weeks shy of her sixth birthday. You can make the reservation the same time you do your ADRs.

Disney will be less crowded when you go. Some of the Epcot restaurants may be hard to get since the Food and Wine event will be going on then. You should prioritize your ADRs based on how hard they are to get. The ones before park openings are usually hard to get as is Le Cellier and some of the character meals.

Thank you. The only Epcot meal I am planning is Coral Reef, and I am pretty open on the time, I would like dinner, but can be flexible a little.

The ADR's I want to get are CRT, Chef Mickey, Tony Town Square, Coral Reef and 1900 Park fare (for Mary Poppins breakfast). Which should I try and get first? I am thinking CRT.

CRT is hard to get. Lunch a little less so and dinner even less so. The really early breakfasts are very competitive. If you're doing breakfast at CRT I would put that first. Otherwise I would do CM first. As large as it is it fills up quickly. I had an easier time getting an early lunch at CRT than a later breakfast at CM.
