ADR website page- looking different?

So a couple weeks the website page to book ADR's looked like it normally does then all the sudden it lists it out and looks all weird. Anyone else having this problem? I've tried logging in with safari and firefox and it's the same thing.

Are you looking at the Make Dining Reservations page on the website, or via the MDE app? They updated the app last week and the were all kinds of weird things going on.

I'm not seeing anything different on the website. Have you tried clearing your history?
