ADR wait time ?

Just curious. I have only made ADR a couple of times and don't recall really having a long wait time to actually be seated.

What is everyone's experience with this ? I think the longest I waited was at Cape May and that was about 20-30 minutes to be seated.

I have ADRs for Tonys (MK) at 5:35 p.m. and 50's Prime Time (MGM) 5:35 p.m. and want to be sure we are out in time for the fireworks one night and Fantasmic the next night.

Hi Shelley,

It usually depends on how booked the restaurant is (time of year, time of day, and how popular the place is). Both of the restaurants you mentioned draw big crowds. It looks like you are going some time in February. If it is President's Day week, you may have to wait past your ADR time. If it is any other week, chances are you will get seated promptly, especially if you arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Thanks Bob. Yes, we are going in FEb. In fact, ADRs for Tony's is Valentines day. I was actually suprised - I just called today and got times we wanted for dinner.

I thought about arriving about 15 minutes early anyway so hopefully we can be close to time we need. (We are taking my parents for their first time and dad is a little impatient - more so than the 10-yo and 7-yo)
