ADR w/ Dis Vacation Pkg change

My husband is not sure of his exact vacation days yet... so If I make a vacation package reservation through Disney, and then make ADRs 180+10 days out and we have to change the dates of our stay will it mess up the ADRs? Say I book for June 1-10 and book ADRs for June 1-5 and then his dates are only approved for May 28-June 7 could we change our hotel stay and keep the ADRs the same or would the confirmations/ reservation numbers change? Sorry, I hope that makes sense!

Cancelling or changing your resort package will have no effect on any restaurant reservations you have already made.
