ADR transportation question

I hope someone can help me with this. I have got the coveted Cindy's breakfast on 10-6. My adr time is 8:30. I have read that buses start running 1 hour before the parks open. If this is the case the bus for MK will leave at 8:00. Is this enough time to get there? Or will they run buses even earlier than they say?

I'd say there would be at least one bus coming earlier for that ADR, earlier than 8 AM at least. I'd check with the resort to make sure.
