ADR Timing

I just want to claify as our first onsite visit is in March of 2011. Is it 180 days in advance for everyone, or can you still do the 180 plus the next 10 days if you are onsite? Just want to make sure if I have to call once, or need to call everyday. Thanks!

If you are staying onsite, you will just need to call 1 time at your 180 day mark & you will be able to make all of your adrs for up to 10 days. If you're not sure when your 180 day mark is, here is a calculator: http://www.pscalculator.net/pscalc.php
