My ADR Window opens tomorrow and I am trying to finalize my choices. On my list, I have done EMM, BOG Lunch, 50s Prime Time, and Satu'li Canteen, but the rest are all new for me. Anyone who has done these, what are your thoughts? Best meal to do. Characters (if applicable). Anything else.

What resort are you staying at?

On your Non-Park day, you might want to plan a dinner at Disney Springs

Do you have kids with you?
Do you really want to do 2 meals at BoG? For us, 1 was enough.
Your non park day, I would do Disney Springs. Great options. Polite Pig has good BBQ, Raglan Road is pure fun. many new ones recently opened.
AK - Tiffins or yak and Yeti are both good (we like Tiffins better).
HS Backlot Express for QS or Mama Melrose for TS for lunch. BOth are good, very different.
EPCOT - Tutto Italia, Chefs de France, Spice Road. High End Monsieur Paul was amazing.

Resort options Jiko at AKL, Il Mulino at Swan, California Grill at Contemporary (around fireworks time)

Agree on gharter's food recommendations. Def hit AKL on your AK day, you cannot go wrong with the food there. We were at WDW same time August 2017 and I felt like we hit the parks just right, not too busy, hope it's the same when you go. It's a great time of year for us too.

For now, Fort Wilderness, but that may change once the Passholder discounts are released.

No kids, just kids at heart :-)
I have never done BOG Dinner, but did like BOG Lunch. If I can score Dinner, I could try something else for the Lunch time if there's a better option.
I've done Backlot Express. It is good as is ABC Commissary.

MK, consider Skipper Canteen. We liked the food and enjoyed the bad Jungle Cruise jokes from our servers.

August 12, 2018 (+0, Magic Kingdom, EMM + Liberty Square/Adventureland/Frontierland)
  • Lunch...............Pecos Bill (QS) While at MK, we end up more often than not at Pecos Bill's for a CS meal. The toppings bar elevates the meal from 'eh' to pretty darn good.
August 13, 2018 (+1, Epcot)
  • Lunch (or).......Rose & Crown Dining Room We were not impressed, but I think we're in the minority.
  • Dinner.............??? In the Epcot area, we enjoy: La Hacienda, Tokyo Dining, Biergarten, Cape May Seafood Buffet.
August 14, 2018 (+2, Magic Kingdom, Fantasyland/Tomorrowland)
  • Lunch..............Be Our Guest I love this! The Tuna Nicoise Salad and Braised Pork are our favorite menu choices.
August 15, 2018 (+3, Possible Non Park Day)
  • Breakfast........Ohana This is a great breakfast and I normally don't like breakfast foods. Great character interaction, too.
  • Lunch..............??? Perhaps you could spend some time at Disney Springs. I love Wolfgang Puck Express for a nice, casual lunch. We had a ball at House of Blues Gospel Brunch recently, a place I had never really considered before. I highly recommend it if it works with your plans. Food and entertainment were excellent.
  • Dinner.............??? If you're staying at Fort Wilderness, I'd definitely go to Hoop de Doo for the dinner show
August 16, 2018 (+4, MGM, TSL/Animation Courtyard/Sunset Blvd)
  • Breakfast........Hollywood & Vine (Fantasmic Package) I really dislike H&V. We enjoy Mama Melrose when we get the Fantasmic package, but that would mean you'd have to rearrange your dinner choice.
August 17, 2018 (+5, Animal Kingdom)
  • Dinner............??? Sanaa, absolutely!!! If you're spending the day at AK, AKL is close by. Sanaa has moved to the top of my list after our last trip. If Boma breakfast fits in your plans somewhere, we like it a bunch too.
August 18, 2018 (+6, MGM, Echo Lake/Muppets/TSL)
  • Breakfast.......??? Food choices are limited at DHS. Sigh.
  • Lunch.............??? How about lunch at Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge? I haven't done it yet but am looking forward to trying it after hearing great reviews.
  • Dinner............Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater We like this well enough, it is a unique and fun restaurant. If you stick to the burgers, fries, and shakes the food is pretty good.

I think in general, you have too many meals planned. The table service meals will not only be a lot of food, but will take up a lot of time and just generally be restrictive.

I would recommend Hoop Dee Doo Review instead of Trails End or Whispering Canyon. I think it is worth it to have Category 1 seating

I would just do a snack (if needed) and then a dinner. 3 table service restaurants in one day will be a lot!

August 14, 2018 (+2, Magic Kingdom, Fantasyland/Tomorrowland)
  • Breakfast........1900 Park Fare (GF)
  • Lunch..............Be Our Guest
  • Snack..............Gaston's Tavern
  • Dinner.............Cinderella's Royal Table
Again, that's a lot of food! Pick two of the table service meals, plus the snack at Gaston's if needed

Disney Springs and have dinner at Raglan Road during the show. Or if you didn't do Hoop dee Doo earlier in the week, try it tonight. OR dinner at Jiko or Sanaa over at AKL (go early enough that it's daylight and you can check out the animals!)

August 16, 2018 (+4, MGM, TSL/Animation Courtyard/Sunset Blvd)
  • Breakfast........Hollywood & Vine (Fantasmic Package)
  • Lunch.............Woody's Lunchbox (QS)
  • Dinner............50s Prime Time Cafe
You will probably only need a snack instead of a full lunch at Woody's

August 17, 2018 (+5, Animal Kingdom)
  • Breakfast.......Tusker House
  • Lunch.............Satu'li Canteen (QS)
  • Dinner............???
If you didn't do dinner at Sanaa or Jiko the other night, tonight might be a good night to check it out

Since you are staying at Fort Wilderness, I would do the Trails End Buffet for breakfast. That should fill you up until dinner (maybe with a snack)

Prime Time 50's and Whispering Canyon are among my favorites. How about Raglan Road or House of Blues at Disney Springs. And yes, if you are staying at Wilderness Lodge, how can you not miss Hoop De Do!!!!

I agree that some of those days seem like a lot of food/time spent. It also seems like you have a lot of character meals. Do you really want that many character meals?

The Epcot day I would do a QS lunch or midday snack and do Rose and Crown for dinner.

I have not been to H&V but I have not heard good things. I would pick something else.

I do really love Boma and Sanaa, but I need to tell you to give Tiffins a try! It has become my absolute favorite signature. I say either forego TH breakfast and do Tiffins lunch, or if you want to do TH do Tiffins dinner. It is out of this world!!!

ITA with @VAfamily1998. Too many meals and it will become a pain to make ADR times. When you plan a big breakfast, figure snacks later or split QS meals for lunch. If you want a big lunch, have a light breakfast.

What I've Gotten So Far. Beaches & Cream is mainly for Ice Cream and I may drop Rose & Crown if it looks like too much. I don't really care about the character experience at Tusker House, so if I can find a better Breakfast (PPO if possible), that might change. I was not able to find any BOG Dinner (I am aware they haven't released yet) or CRT for any meal, party size, or day (out to 180+7).

Be Our Guest (Dinner)
Cinderella's Royal Table - Nothing (Tried Party Size 1-4) Out to 180+7
What day/time are you looking for CRT, and how many people? I see several dinner times available for 2 on 8/14...

I agree with others who said it's too many meals overall. One of my first trips I had a similar plan to yours and it was a nightmare. We weren't hungry enough for 3 big meals a day and it was too stressful trying to make all those times. Not to mention the amount of time we wasted sitting in restaurants. Our usual plan now is one ADR per day. The rest of the day we either do QS whenever we get hungry and/or snacks throughout the day.
