You're right but if you can get on the dining page from the home page and type "FAQ" into the "search dining" box it will take to the FAQ page. Scroll down to the bit about reservations and there's a link to online reservations. At the moment it just takes you back to the FAQ page but presumably when (if!!!) the system starts working that'll be the place to go.
we started calling about 5:55 (6:55) and kept redialing immediately when we heard the "our office is now closed"... so we obviously got through right when they opened but we are on hold...
Are you all logged in to your Disney acct's? I wonder if that makes a difference? I checked my work email and there is no news there nor any current advisories that it is or is not rolling out!! I wanted to play with it!!!

If it makes you feel better, I tried calling now just to see what it said the wait was (preparing myself for next week!) and each time I'm getting "We're sorry, but all circuits are busy!"
