Has anyone else experienced a glitch with the ADR system.
Twice now I have had a BOG Dinner reservation and when I went to check out it was not there anymore.

I am using the IE browser and have My Disney experience password auto fill in when I log in before I get the reservation.

I have heard others say that it can come back exactly in 10 minutes others say the next day.

Do anyone else have any insight on this matter because Reservations and technical support doesn't know about it?

Thanks,

If you get an error, the reservation will go back into the system in an hour. I've lost reservations so many times that I've lost count :rotfl: and it always comes back in an hour.

ETA: A lot of people get errors when they go to check out so don't worry, you're not the only one. :)

Disney's IT is frustrating. Some tips that might help:

Make sure you are logged in before you search.

If you select a time, and there is a glitch, use the back button, and see if you can go back and try again. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

If the reservation disappeared, it could be someone else got it. On the other hand, it's always possible it's a system glitch. It's worth waiting and checking pretty regularly starting about 30 minutes later, and then keep checking. They often will pop back at around the 45 minute or so mark, up until an hour after they "disappeared". It's a pain, but it's worth it for a reservation you really want.

I think it speeds things up to have a CC already in your profile.

Hope these help, good luck! pixiedust:

Of course i wasn't logged in, and do not have a valid credit card on file, so by the time i clicked on the time, and entered everything needed and pressed Next, the system came back saying "there was an error". I went immediately to look in My Disney Experience and the reservation did show up! With a confirmation number! I quickly copied down the confirmation number and glad i did that because 5 mins later, when i looked in MDE again, the reservation was gone. It was for CRT dinner too :-( Then i tried to link that confirmation number - but the system could not find it.
oh well. I'll check back later to see if it'll magically show up again..
(no, i did not get an email confirmation..usually that comes right away..so i'm not hopefully i will get to keep this)..

It's happened to me, and I had to call IT to get it to show up. As long as you have your reservation number, they can find it, I'm told . . .
