ADR success!!! WOOHOO!!!

I'm just needing to share some good news with folks who understand... (I hope this is the correct thread...)

Thanks to waking up at 3:50 this morning and not being able to get back to sleep, I didn't miss making my call this morning for our ADRs this Christmas. I actually started dialing in around 5 minutes early and according to my clock I made it through at 5:58 CST...and then straight to a CM!!!

I called yesterday to see if I could find out any info...got a great CM who gave me a heads up on which of the locations I needed to ask for first like WCC, Le Cellier, CRT, and Donald's Breakfastosaurus, of which none were on our first day. I had great success...got everything I wanted at the times I wanted with no adjustments. It made me wonder if maybe having an odd number in our party (3) helps...no idea...just guessing.

So, thanks ya'll for your words of advice and encouragement since I've been planning this trip!!!

Congratulations on getting you ressies. I too got through right away to make my ADR for CRT. I was so excited as this will be the first time eating with the Princesses for us. DD7 is SOOOO Happy!! Have fun and have a GREAT trip!

I was on the phone with you this morning. I had to wait 33 minutes but I got all my ressies today as well.

Yeah! So glad to hear others were as successful! I know that new +10 days seems to have really made a difference...both positively and negatively dependiny upon the perspective. Now, the only thing I need to do is book a carriage ride...gotta get moving on that one I guess!

blessedby3...hope your daughter enjoys breakfast at the castle. Our DS is 13, so princesses don't hold his attention like a little girl's...well, okay, maybe real life princesses might...he is starting to talk more about girls....lol We opted for the dinner before we go to MVMCP.

I too think that the 90 + 10 made a huge difference. This is the first year we are going at Christmas, which is the busiest time of the year, and we were able to get all the ADR's that we wanted, including breakfast at CRT.
We always go in "off season", yet have never been able to secure CRT,
now we will be dining with the princesses on Christmas Eve morning!

OT - I just booked a SLEIGH RIDE at Wilderness Lodge for Dec 18. It costs $35.00 instead of $30.00. Just thought I would pass on that information. DH doesn't know about this. CM mentioned you can bring drinks including Champgne(sp?). DH and I don't care to much for the bubblie stuff so maybe I'll bring along some Sparkling Apple Juice so the kids can share.

Just wanted to pay it forward.

OT - I just booked a SLEIGH RIDE at Wilderness Lodge for Dec 18. It costs $35.00 instead of $30.00. Just thought I would pass on that information. DH doesn't know about this. My Dsis told me you can get some yummy hot chocolate at Roaring Forks inside WL, so that is our plan. From what I've read, ya never know what the weather will be like at WDW during Christmas...but hot chocolate sounds too perfect for a sleigh ride...even if it is in the middle of Florida.

As for the price...$35 still isn't bad for 30 minutes and for all 3 of us.
