ADR Scheduling ?s

We are staying at POR ~

We're visiting AK on a night where the park is open until 6PM. Because we are late starting tour folks, I plan on being there until close. What would be a good time to schedule an ADR for Boma? Can we just take a bus from AK to Boma?

Also wanting to have breakfast at O'hana our last morning in WDW. Our plane leaves at 4:50PM so I'm understanding that I need to be back at POR .... let's say 1:30PM to be safe to be picked up by DME. How late do you think I can make an ADR at the Poly, have breakfast, and be back in time for leaving?

DAK to AKL. I would get an ADR around 7:00 PM. That gives you plenty of time to catch the bus and look around the resort. The bus ride is only about five minutes.

Getting back to POR may be more difficult. I would either go to DHS if still open and catch another bus, DTD and catch the boat or take a cab.

For your adr at Boma I would say making it for 8pm if that isn't to late for you.
That way you can stay a bit longer in AK, shopping or ending at the back of the park and making your way forward to leave. It also gives the park a chance to clear out.
Yes you can take a bus to AKL straight from AK. The ride itself is about 5 mins, but waiting for the bus at closing can be quite a while.

Also if you are early to AKL, you can look around. They have a huge, unique giftshop that takes a good 1/2 hour to look thru.

Your last day and breakfast, you are right you have to be back to your resort 3 hours before your plane leaves. So I would say if you want to take your time, 9:30 - 10am for the breakfast would be good.
Ohana can be a bit slow for dinner service, not sure about mornings.
