Here's my lineup for our 8-day adventure:

Tue - arrive, CS at Electric Umbrella
Wed - CS at Flame Tree, TS at Whispering Canyon
Thurs - CS at Pinocchio Village Haus, TS at California Grill
Fri - Sea World (how'd that get in here), CS at Roaring Fork
Sat - TS at 50's Prime Time, TS at Raglan Road
Sun - CS at Pecos Bill's, TS at Liberty Tree
Mon - CS at Yak and Yeti, TS at Chef Mickey's
Tue - Princess Breakfast at Akershus (bfast/lunch), CS at Yorkshire

Should any of these be avoided or for any other reason skipped?

My review on Yak and Yeki: yucky.......I'd go for a different counter service unless you just stick to their egg rolls. (And I am not a picky eater.) I'd recommend Flame Tree, but you've already got that one down.
