We (DH, DD5, DS2) will be at WDW 11/30 - 12/8 with the regular dining plan. My friend's family (2 adults 1 child) will be there 12/2-12/8. My parents will join us 12/4-12/6. We are planning on spending most days together if it works out. I will be able to book my ADR the earliest. I was wondering if I could make reservation for all of us? If we all have to book separately, how are we going to dine together since they may not get the same time?

TIA

Yes, you can book a table for everyone. Just remember that there is an automatic gratuity for parties of 6 or more.

It works out well that you can book everyone's dining. If anyone wants to do a different ADR than what you are doing have them book it.

My friend's family also have the dining plan, but my parents don't. Will that make any difference? Do I need to provide their reservation numbers?

One person makes the dining reservation for your party, and the payment methods will be divided up when you're done with the meal. Just tell your server which people have the DDP and which people don't, and the server should be able to help with the rest.

As someone said earlier, if your party is 6 or more people, they will automatically add 18% gratuity to your bill.
