This is probably a silly question but I know that you can call 90 days to book your ADR and you can actually book it for your entire stay even if the other days aren't within the 90 days. What i am wondering is we really want CRT for breakfast and I will be happy to book my other reservations for that week as well, but for the CM to book CRT which will be near the end of our week do I first need to book something for our first day which will be the date that is 90 days out? I just don't want to lose CRT while trying to book something else.

Officially, no. You can book for any date within your first 10, in any order.

For example, I am arriving on a Saturday and asked first about a Mama Melrose's Fantasmic! package for the Thursday after arrival and it was no problem. (In fact, I never booked anything for my arrival date at all.)

However, there have been about 2 reports (maybe 3) of people being told they had to first book something for their arrival date before they could book the rest. But that was when the system first changed over, so it might have been a glitch or a lack of training or something.

You can also book online and the online system should allow you to search on any date in the +10 range as long as you put in your resort reservation #.

It is my understanding that you need to book CRT asap. Call 90 days out from the first day of your trip. I'm assuming you are staying onsite. If you are a WDW resort guest and have a Magic your Way Package it doesn't matter if you are booking a reservation for the 5th day of your trip. Meaning you will actually be making the reservation 94 days out. Does this make sense? :)

a problem with the online system for not booking something on your arrival day, call Disney Dining. I've done this a number of times before the online system was available.

Ok I was thinking that is probably the case because I don't want to waste time on another reservation I want to get CRT quickly. I am hoping that since I am booking for a date a week after our check in that will help our chances of it being available since that will be 7 days ahead of the 90 days.

If you are a WDW resort guest and have a Magic your Way Package it doesn't matter if you are booking a reservation for the 5th day of your trip.

You don't have to have a Magic Your Way package. All you need to have to book 90 + 10 is a Walt Disney World resort reservation number. Doesn't matter if it's a Magic Your Way package, a room-only reservation or a DVC reservation.
