Called this morning to confirm that we could start making our ADRS for Dec trip this morning and was told no-not until the 13th??? We're checking in Dec 10 and according to the reservation calendar I found on line, it said I could call on 6/3 (Tues morning). Did I just get a confused CM or has something changed that I don't know about?? I'm trying to get one meal at one of the "princess" meals since we're going for my b-day and DS1's and want to be sure I'm calling at the right time so I don't miss my chance.

TIA!!!

June 13, 2008 is your "180 day before" date.

We also check in Dec 10th and when I calculated it, I got our 180th day to be June 13th.

General questions about ADR policies and guidelines are best suited to the Dining Board and I'll be moving this one there.

Thanks,

Knox

If you're staying onsite, could you possibly be confused about "180+10"? You can start making dining reservations 180 days before you check in, but as an onsite Guest you can make reservations for the next ten (well, nine) days during the same call. Guests not staying onsite would need to call daily, or wait until 180 days before the last day of their visit to make all their dining reservations in one call.

That's the only way I can 'prove' your 6/3 calculation compared with everyone else's 6/13.

I started to wonder this after thinking about it more and more. It makes sense but the 180+10 is a bit misleading to those without your explanation.

Thanks so much for the help!!!

Hope you don't mind if I highjack your thread;) We are checking in on Dec.4th, staying on site, but do not need our first ADR until the 7th. So, can I make my ADR's on June 7th or do I have to wait until the 10th??? Thanks!
