Ok, here's the situation:

Our friends will be staying onsite April 14-21 and we will be staying onsite April 16-23. Both families really want to try to get CRT (together) for breakfast. Our friends have never been to WDW (they live right near DL), so I'm doing all the planning.

Here's where it gets tricky. The first day of our 180 day window is Oct 18 - my due date w/baby #3. I am scheduled to be induced that day unless this baby decides to show up sooner. So, if I'm at the hospital that day, I won't really be in any position to be calling Disney dining.

Then it occurred to me that our friends could call two days before we can call because their vacation begins two days before ours.

So, my question is, if they call and CRT is available for any day during our vacation, can they book it for all of us at that time?

You can call once the first day of your trip is at 180 days and book for anytime during your trip.

Cindy's is tough I always seem to miss it. FYI if you are not using the dining plan they will have you pre pay CRT. You will want to call first thing on the 180th day out. Good luck
