ADR Question

Just a quick question, for most ADR's its says book upto 180 days in advance, is that from when you start your visit to WDW or from when you wish to dine?

From when you wish to dine, if you are staying onsite I believe you have an extra 10 days on top of the 180.

If you are staying off-site, you can book 180 days in advance of when you want to dine. If you are on-site you can book 180 days + 10 before. So, if for example, your first date of stay was 1st March, you could book all your dining 180 days before 1st March but could also book for dining up to and including 11th March (I think). Hope that makes sense - it's quite hard to explain.

I agree it is hard to explain, though it does make sense when you get your head round it

Or put another way, if you stay at WDW and your holiday is less than 10 days, you can book all your ressies at +180days from the first day of your WDW stay.

Just for your information in case anybody is thinking of booking Victoria and Alberts or Palios(or any other Swan/Dolphin dining) at the Swan/Dolphin, they will only do ADR's on the actual 180 days to the day even if you are staying on site.

I found this out when booking adr's myself a few weeks back and had to re phone to book these two at the actual 180 days out.
