ADR Question , Opinions?? , The Wave , Captains Grille

ok..so I have made all my ADR's for our April Trip.

We have eaten at the Concourse Steakhouse before but I understand it is now The Wave.
I am wondering what peoples opinions are about the Wave now that it has changed.

As well the Captains Grille..we have never eaten there before..opinions???

Here are my Dinner ADR's...opinions?

Tues- Le Cellier
Wed- The Wave
Thurs- Captains Grille
Fri- Chef de France
Sat- Le Cellier
Sun- Le Cellier
Mon- Chef Mickeys (For the birthday boy )

As you can see we are meat and potatoe people

Tues- Le Cellier - Excellent!
Wed- The Wave This place is to die for, we have had dinner there twice and the food, service and ambiance is like a signature place!
Thurs- Captains Grille Do not like breakfast here but our dinner was wonderful, the best pork chop I have ever had anywhere!
Fri- Chef de France Blech for dinner, the food was terrible but I loved my lunch there
Sat- Le Cellier This is too much LC for me, there are way too many great places to go to, no way would I eat at LC three times in one trip
Sun- Le Cellier Ditto the above
Mon- Chef Mickeys (For the birthday boy Breakfast is excellent, dinner is horrible

w/PP. 3 times at Le Cellier is WAAAAY to many times. I do like LC but there are too many places to eat to go to one 3 times. I also second the rave of the Wave. Ate there last year & DD and I almost licked our plates, beyond fabulous food and service.

and ate there only twice in a 10 day trip I think 3 times in 7 days would be way too much. Some of the table services restaurants hubby and I enjoyed were Cape May for dinner [I have a friend who LOVES their breakfast] Teppan Edo, Tutto Italia and Shutters.

Also, I am in complete agreement about the Wave. We dined there in May 2009 and it was phenomenal. Good luck!

What else would you suggest beside Le Cellier.
It has to be a place with quality meat...
I can settle for Pasta but my husband likes a nice piece quality beef!!!

We ate at The Wave in Sept 2008. We were on the dining plan and it was bar none the worst restaurant we have ever eaten at in Disney. It was a combination of the food and service. I came home and told everyone to never eat there. I am not picky nor is my family, in fact we don't have anything bad to say about any other restaurant. LeCellier is definitely our favorite, and on that trip one of the highlights was Tutto Italia.
