ADR Printout

You could make a table on Microsoft Office at home and write in all of your ADR's or you can ask at the front desk while checking in to the resort if they will make a print-out. :)

Thanks! I do have them in excel along with our "schedule", but I'd like to get something official to to confirm everything. I've been made a few changes and just want to make sure I am all set.

When we went to WDW this summer, my ADRs for our upcoming trip during Christmas week had already been made, so I had them print them out. It's nice being able to look at them all printed....makes it seem "official" somehow.

And no way have I tried to change these Christmas ADRs....they were made at 180 days out.

If you are staying at a WDW resort, you can ask the guest service desk for a copy of all your ADRs, F&W events, tours or anything else you have preregistered for.

It's a good idea to get this done at the front desk/conceirge because if they spell your name wrong, the CM there will be able to fix it on their system. They surpisingly spelt my name wrong on a few of my ADRs even though my name is not a difficult one. As well, it will give you piece of mind that everything is just as you planned. On trip a couple weeks ago, the conceirge was able to book us another dinner after he was looking through what we had. We had a dinner reserved at Gullivers at the Swan and he mentioned that it would not be part of the DDP (which no one ever informed us about when we made our reservations and mentioned that we were on the DDP). Thankfully he got that, or else we would have been out $80+ and have two extra TS that we wouldn't have needed.

As of now, the only way someone can get a print out of their ADRs before their trip is if they are part of a Grand Gathering. Yet hopefully that may change in the future! :upsidedow

The front desk will print out the list for you. If you want them all on one list, be sure they all have the same phone number. As I was making (and changing) my ADR's, sometimes I used my home #, sometimes my cell, sometimes DH's cell. So I got 3 different lists. I thought it was under our reservation # so it made it not as easy having to look back and forth. I had all my ADR's and other plans on an Excel spreadsheet that I reduced and glued into my notebook that I used for notes, autographs, etc.

I'm going to get one printed when we check in, it makes a great addition to the scrapbook.

If you are staying at a Disney property then you can get Guest Relations to print out all your ADRs when you arrive. It's really handy to make sure that you haven't made any mistakes and we use BluTak to stick it on our room door so that we all know the times and places to be.

How do you do that?

Disney automatically sends your ADR info to you (via snail mail) if you have a Grand Gathering booked. We had three families as part of our GG and each got a personalized ADR packet complete with confirmation numbers.

i had a grand gathering and never received any adr confirmations...:flower3:

When did you get your gg adr confirm?
For our GG last year, we received them about 3 weeks-maybe 4 weeks-before the trip. It made for a nice keepsake. A personalized "Welcome" and a list of our ADRs. All on paper with a pretty Tinkerbelle "border" on top.
