My 90 window is 2/1 for trip 5/2-5/11 - am still hopeful that park hours, fireworks schedule will be released for May prior to Feb 1st. My question is this: do you think it matters what order I try to make my ADRs in? I am thinking that Le Cellier is so popular that I need to start with that one (Even though we'd like to dine on the last night of our stay)

Once I get through to dining # - what order would you try to get these in:

temp plan
May 2nd - Crystal Palace dinner
May 3rd - Chef Mickeys dinner (already have)
May 4th - Tusker House breakfast
May 5th - BBB at MK at 9am - CRT at 10:15 (already have) - DD 5th BDAY
May 5th - Dinner at Coral Reef
May 6th - Fantasmic Dinner Pkg with Mama Melrose
May 7th - Luau
May 8th - Biergarten
May 9th - Teppan Edo
May 10th - Le Cellier

Would also like to book Wonderland Tea Party either May 6, 7 or 8

Any comments/suggestions on the above plan would be greatly appreciated!
Hope this wasn't too long - it's my 1st post!

start with the most popular ones first - as for Le Cellier first and get that one booked, then whatever you think is the next most popular.

Le Cellier first and the BBB. I have no idea how quickly BBB fills up (I will find out in March) but since you already have the CRT ADR you'll want BBB prior to your 10:15 seating. BTW, have you considered an earlier time. The shop opens at 8:00 and you might be able to get the empty park feel if the there are no morning EMH that day.

After those two I would probably work by date. More people will have fallen under the 90 or 90+10 windows the earlier in your trip.

I am staying off site when I go in September and as its the first time I have gone since I was a kid... I've never had to do this kinda work before. Will I need to phone up 90 days prior to the meal, and then call again the next day for 90 days from that, and again the next day etc until I have made ressies for all of my days?

This is the order I would book them in, starting with which restraunts IMO are the most popular -

Le Cellier

Mamma Melrose Fantasmic pkg - these are getting more and more difficult to book now that Fantasmic is only on a couple of times a week

Teppan Edo

Crystal palace

Luau

Tusker house

Biergarten

Coral Reef

If your not staying on site therefore not able to take advantage of the 90 + 10 day rule then you will need to phone up everyday for each ADR so you are always phoning at exactly the 90 day point for each consecutive day/ADR :goodvibes

you want your absolute first choice on date and time, that may be necessary or if you want one of the very popular restaurants it's probably a very good idea. Lunch at Grand Floridian Cafe or anywhere between 6:00-8:00 PM at Crystal Palace Monday or Tuesday probably don't warrant the daily calls.

This is starting to become my own personal headache as well. It almost impossible to pla our trip is May 2nd- 10th. The hard part is we want the fantasmic package and who knows how many nights that will be on in May. I don't even know which days to go for as who knows the hours! ARghhhhhhhhh!

Anyway I feel your pain, good luck...see you there:)

No, you can make all your reservations in your first call at 90 days, or at least that's what I was told by someone who already made theirs.

That's not correct - as a simplified example:

Trip from June 1-10. Staying off-site (so no 90+10 advantage).

On March 1 (or whatever the 90 day mark is), you can book for June 1.
The next day, March 2, you can book for June 2.
Repeat.

Only on-site guests could call on March 1 and make reservations for all their days June 1-10 in that one call. That's the 90+10 advantage you get for staying on site.

I think realistically it doesn't matter as much as it used to, if you're able to book in the +10 window. Before, each day was opened one at a time, so everyone was booking that morning for that specific day. Now, by the time you're calling, some of those meals have been available for days for people who are checking in before you.

Having said all that, I would work on Le Cellier first, since that should be quick, and the Fantasmic package second, since those are hard to get, like someone said, and it could take a while to settle on a restaurant and time.

After that I would just go in date order.

I hope the hours get posted for you even a day ahead so you can plan properly. For example, suppose you book Tusker Houser on a day that ends up having early MK hours. You likely won't be able to do both your ADR, depending on the time, and take advantage of the early hours.

I don't care if they want to allow ressies 90 days or 9 days, but the park hours should be out enough ahead to, at a minumum, allow on-site guests to take advantage of early morning hours and WDW restaraunts.

I hope you get all the ressies you want.
