ADR phone call question

When the sweet CM on the phone asks you while you are trying to get an ADR, "Are you on the Disney DIning Plan?", is it advantageous to say YES! or NO!???

I am honest, say YES! and then have NO LUCK getting any ADRs....

Should I say no next time??

It makes no difference. They just need to note it with the ADR.

It doesn't matter and it won't change your chances either way. It's done for marketing purposes and also to ensure they explain things to you like 1 or 2 credit, if you need a deposit, if the place is on the dining plan, etc.
