Hi all,

I need some help. I am trying to do our ADR's online and keep having my mobile number rejected. I keep getting this error message.

"For U.S. and Canadian phone numbers, enter 10-digits including area code. For all other numbers, omit the country code and any leading zeros".

Based on this I typed my mobile as 413******, but it won't work. Has any one been able to book online using an Australia mobile number, if so what format did you use?

I had this issue. In the end I just ended up putting in the phone number for the resorts I am staying at (BWV and AKV) and that seemed to work. When I rang a few weeks later to make some changes to my ADRs I also got them to change the phone numbers to my NZ mobile. Although for some reason my Crystal Palace reservation wouldn't accept my mobile number and so that now has no phone # attached to it. A bit of a pain as it means that that's now my only ADR that I can't view online.

Disney's reservation system works in some very strange ways...

I like the idea of putting in the hotel phone number!

i just put in my mobile - in the international version - although it chops off the last digit i.e.. 61412XXXXX

I have never had a problem with a reservation, none of them have ever tried to ring me - even when disney has my full number, they seem completely unwilling to dial international - like when they have cancelled tours on me.

Victoria and Albert's emailed me, and the only time I have ever been rung by Disney is when I had made 4 consecutive nights Chef's Table bookings. somehow they got my correct number - probably off the files.

Whilst a real number is best all round, I reckon you could stick anything in there as long as it is 10 digits and doesn't start with 0.

I also had this problem the other day, I ended up just adding an extra random number to the end of my mobile number. Can't imagine they will ever try to ring me.

Thanks
I ended up dropping last digit. But may end up ringing as i need to book a private dinner for our anniversary.
