ADR issues

We’re having trouble booking an ADR, do they not do them anymore? Is it just walk up now?
The trouble we’re having is there are no times available, any day, any restaurant.
 
How far out are you trying to book?
Reservations open up at 60 days, 6:00 am (EST) online or 7:00 am (EST) by phone. I just booked an ADR yesterday from MDE with no problems.
 
Pickings are slim, but there's also a glitch right now. Try putting in a specific time instead of just lunch or dinner. Click through the times in half hour increments, because you might get different results for each time you click.

I keep tabs on what's available for my trip the first week of August, and there's hardly any availability for a party of 5. One night it appears that there's seriously only Cape May available, and that's after clicking through time increments to get around the glitch as well. Disney is going to have to increase capacity, or cram us all into QS.

I'm not sure what you are looking for, but many of the restaurants at Disney Springs are on Open Table; there is always more availability there than what shows on the Disney website.
 
Also, if you are using the website, be sure that you are actually logged in. It logs you out all the time without notifying you. Just click on the MyDisneyExperience link on the top right, and it will force you to log back in. ADRs do not always show up correctly if you are not logged in. Also, pickins are extremely slim that close to stays. Try looking for lunch in the parks or lunch at Disney Springs. Try Open Table for some Disney Springs.
 
So I have also been having trouble. It is like I cant go past a certain day without having an error when I am online. On the app little to no issue.

I have been having issues the last 2 days as well. First it will say no times available and then when I change the time it says it can't look for me at this time and to make sure I have a linked resort reservation... which I do. :(

I will say I did call yesterday (even though I know they have the same reservation times, it was just something I did to make sure) and the CM did mention issues with some things. I actually was able to take the survey post phone call for the first time in I don't know how long.
 
We were able to get the reservations we wanted at 60 days. However, during our visit we would have loved to have a printed menu. It is not fun to pass the phone around while trying to order. All the scrolling and the little screen. Did not speak to cast members that like the process either. They shared they are constantly asked for paper menues.
