ADR Info - just made them - the experience

I must be one of the lucky ones I guess. I just made ADR's for our 9 day trip in June, and everything went off without a hitch! We got everything we wanted, and the transaction was handled well.

Phoned for ADR this morning around 9am from work. Was on hold under 5 minutes. The reservation agent\lady was VERY pleasant to work with . We made the following ADR's in under 30 minutes total, including all the confirmation info:

June 16th - Cape May Cafe - 5:30pm
June 17th - Park Fare - 7:15pm
June 18th - nothing - going to Sea World
June 19th - Chef De France - Noon\12pm
June 20th - Hoop De do - 5pm
June 21st - nothing - going back to Sea World after a break day
June 22nd - Tusker House - 5pm
June 23rd - Chef Mickey - 6:25pm
June 24th - Akershush - 8:15am

All in all, like I said, maybe I got lucky from what I have been reading. The call was quick, efficient and pleasent as can be.

Great! I am glad you got everything you wanted. Everything was great for me too when I called and the CM was so nice and helpful. Took about 45 minutes for holdtime and the call. I was expecting it to be much longer!

me too.......I was happy too with my experience.......both in calling to make the reservations and to alter then when our son and dil decided to go at the last moment......so instead of two we will be six......we had the best CM taking our second requests.....her name was ANN....fantastic personality ...

I had great luck making my ADR's too. I am one of the lucky few- who had NO on hold time!!! I also got all my reservations at our first choice locations at our first choice times. I couldn't have been more pleased.
