I thought I found this subject, but now cannot find it after searching.

I would like to make a ADR for dinner in Epcot before heading over to MK. I don't want to pay the park hopper option for this one time. Do they allow you access to the park for an ADR when you do not want access to the park?

We plan on spending two days in Epcot, but there are three restaurants I want to try for dinner.

You will need a park hopper, there is no "ADR pass". During the scripted verbal confirmation you'll get when you make ADR's, you will be told "park admission is required" if your ADR is at a park restaurant.

Why not try the third restaurant for an early lunch on one of your Epcot days? Some lunch menus have a few of the popular dinner items on them too, and at a few locations the menu is nearly the same.
