We arrive at WDW on NYE, and we are planning to go to Epcot for the afternoon/evening. I know it will be crazy crowded, but have also heard it should be a fun night. Do you think I'll have any luck booking a dinner ADR? Since it's our arrival day, I know others will have been able to book Dec 31 up to 9 days before me (assuming it was the end of their vaca). We would love Biergarten; but I'm open to other restaurants as well. Think we will have any luck or do I have unrealistic hopes? (There will be 6 of us if that makes a difference) .

Yes. You might not get your first choice, but you'll get something. Epcot opens the "World Showplace Pavilion" for NYC to serve a buffet meal, so there will be much additional dining capacity on that night.
