Is it OK to make an ADR if you have no intention of eating a meal? I've always wanted to check out the Sci-Fi but never really wanted to eat a full meal there. Last year I tried to do a walk up, but the wait was more than 2 hours. I think it would be a good spot to have a little milk shake break, but not if I'm going to get a lot of flack for taking up someone else's spot.

I think if you are reasonable with time spent at table and give a decent tip to the server you should be OK.

There is no requirement that you eat a whole meal at any restaurant. I've seen plenty of people get appetizers only - which I've done - and desserts only. NOW if you are on a dining plan, be sure you don't have that credited as a meal or you'd be paying a lot for just dessert!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Great news! That's what I love about the Dis...I get answers to my crazy questions so fast!
