ADR etiquette

I have two questions about ADRS's please:

1.If we have ADR's booked for 6 people and at the last minute 2 or 3 of our group decide they don't want to leave what ever they are doing and don't wish to eat can the remaining 3 or 4 of us still go to the restaurant and will they honour our ADR?

2.If none of us feel like going to the restaurant is there somewhere in the parks we can cancel our ADR without having to go to the restaurant? We will not have phones with us.And how much notice do we need to give?

#1 yes they'll still honor the ADR...but as soon as you know of the change you should call WDW-DINE or stop by Guest Relations and tell them.

#2 Again, you should let 'someone' know as soon as this is the case -- either stop by the eatery's podium or stop by that park's guest relations, or call WDW-DINE

It's been a while since I've called Disney Dining inside the parks so I'm a bit fuzzy on this. If I remember correctly, wherever you see a bank of pay phones there will be a phone you can use to make a free call to Disney Dining. You can also make/modify/cancel ADRs at Guest Relations.

Cancel any ADRs as soon as you know you will not use them. That will allow someone else to get an ADR for that restaurant who would have otherwise been told there is nothing available.

From any pay phone on property *88 will get you into dining and reservations at no charge.
