ADR deadline if staying off property?

i tried to search for this, but the search engine is once again not working for me.

we're staying off property in a condo with another family when we go to WDW in december to save money. this is the first time i've stayed off property. can i make my ADRs 180 days in advance from the FIRST day (+10, of course) even if we're staying off property, or does that 180+10 rule not apply since we're staying off property?

When you stay off-site, you can only make adrs at 180 days from each specific day of your visit, not the 180 plus 10 you can do when you stay on-site. I know this because I always stay off-site, and that's how I have to do it.
