ADR day! When does the +10 kick in?

I have checked MDE on my laptop, since today is my ADR day!
But it only allows me to book on my arrival day.
Does it change over at 6am or something? (11am here)
Do I need to ring them?

OK, It's now after 6am over there and I still can't book my ADRs. Is there some problem where I can only do it one day at a time?

OK so I rang them, and they did all my reservations over the phone! I got everything I wanted, except there was absolutely NO availability for Garden Grill Breakfast so, I switched it out and will hit WCC for Breakfast that day instead. I *also* booked a tour and villains after hours (honestly, I panicked over the villains, but it should be fun, right?)
