We are arriving on 8/3 and staying on property.

So with the 90 + 10 rule I can make my ADRs on April 25th - right?

That is a Saturday - Does Disney take ADRs 7/week or only Monday-Friday.

Also - we will be a party of 10 - does that make getting ADRs more difficult?

Yes you can make reservations on a Sat and Sunday. Not sure about the group of 10 question though since the most we ever traveled with was 4.

I did use the calculator before I posted here. I saw that 90 days was May 5th. I thought the +10 meant I can push it up 10 days.

Thanks for the clarification. :)

We went in 2007 and I had to book ADRs for 10 of us. We split most of the meals up into two groups 4 in one and 6 in the other. We were able to get into LeCellier as a group of ten and Crystal Palace. It was nice because it gave us a break from each other. Each party had their own reservation numbers and were not linked together, that way if someone decided to switch something at the last minute it did not affect the other group.

The plus 10 means you can call once and book all your dining for the 1st 10 days of your vacation. Otherwise, you'll be like me last time calling every day to book ADRs. I was calling everyday at 4 am (my time) to make ADRs over Thanksgiving week. So, this is a great benefit to have!

Plus 10 means you can do 10 days starting with your first date. You don't have to call every day unless you have 11 or more days then you need to call back for those last few days.

THANKS for posting this. We're a grand gathering this year, looks like 8 right now, but 2 other groups of 2 each just added on, so 12! :cool2:
I too was thinking I should book in groups....Too much to think of :rotfl2:and I have till May!

Thank you so much for the link to the Planning strategy Calculator. For the past hour, i was literally counting off 90 days on my calendar for our October trip. I kept getting different days. :O

This made it so much easier. What time (EST) does the ADR dept. open each day?

7am
I waited for 1 hr and 20 min when I called on my day before someone picked up. Hope you don't have as long of a wait!
