ADR crystal palace.

Was able to get a table for 8 to crystal palace, ore rope drop in our first day! So excited! We are a party of 9 but one is a newborn, surely they'll let her come in as an extra as she'll just be in my lap the whole time and doesn't need a space for a higjchair? Please tell me one adult won't miss out and have to stay outside?! Xx

If they're going to be on your lap, you're likely fine. However, generally, everyone should be accounted for when making ADR's. Especially if a high chair is going to be used because that would count as a seat.
