We are there 9 nights and doing DxDP...I know it's a lot of food, but we love to eat and with so much time we feel like we won't miss much...Here we go:
Breakfast:
CM
CP (pre RD)
H&V (pre RD)
Boma
Wave
Tusker House brunch
Kona
Akershus (pre RD)
CRT (pre RD)

Lunch:
Coral Reef
HBD F! pkg
Plaza
Tutto
Via Napoli

Dinner:
HDDR
Garden Grill
Cali Grill
BoG
Biergarten
Sanaa
Artist Point

So???

Plaza is the worst food in WDW and I am not the only one I have heard say that. Better read reviews on the board for that one.

Other than that one, looks good, I have been to many on your list and have no complaints about them.

If you are a coffee drinker, Kona has the best coffee in the entire world.

We love the Plaza for a light, casual meal. Not a good value on the dining plan though since it is relatively inexpensive.

CM
CP (pre RD) - One of our favorites. Make sure to stop at some of the Photo Pass people on the way in so you can get some empty street photos with the castle in the background.
H&V (pre RD) - We actually quite like this one. Now that they don't have Rope Drop and let people in a bit early, I recommend that you ask for your check immediately so you aren't left waiting at the end of your meal. If you have someone wanting Jedi Training Academy, have one adult go with the child directly there and send a runner for FPs to TSM.
Boma - Have not done breakfast here, only dinner.
Wave - Have not been.
Tusker House brunch - We do this pre RD. We like being the first people on the Safari and then grabbing a FP for it to use later. Then we head over to EE and use the single rider line.
Kona - This is on our list for our upcoming trip. Mmmm Tonga Toast.
Akershus (pre RD) - This was just okay for us. The food was good, but pre RD we didn't really get the benefit. It is so far away from Soarin that getting there before the RD people was not possible. We did make it to TT, but that is closed for our upcoming visit. If it were me, I would change this to a later time and hit RD first.
CRT (pre RD) - Good choice. See comments under CP

Lunch:
Coral Reef - Haven't been. We have an Aquarium restaurant nearby, so it doesn't make our list.
HBD F! pkg - We enjoyed the Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake, but our entrees were just okay. I have heard great things about the Duck, but I don't eat duck. We love having the F! Package.
Plaza - Haven't been.
Tutto - Haven't been.
Via Napoli - My son loves this place. We aren't on the dining plan, but we are eating here for a Candlelight Processional Package on our next trip.

Dinner:
HDDR - My favorite of the shows. Yummy food and Sangria.
Garden Grill - We love it here, but occasionally I will get motion sickness if I am overly hot and tired.
BoG - Obviously we have not been. We considered going, but the menu appealed to no one.
Biergarten - Haven't been, but we keep considering it.
Sanaa - On our list for upcoming trip.
Artist Point - Haven't tried it yet.

Hope that helps. Only thing I noticed was that you have a lot of Italian choices (Tutto, Via Nap, Tony's)

We never do 3 meals a day, just pick up a snack for lunch b/c we are so busy and on a time line to get to the parades or fireworks etc. Also allow enough travel time to get to your places, it takes a while to walk or transfer to the restaurants. Bon Appetit!!!
