My DS and I will be travelling with 3 other family members who will be doing their own thing in the parks some of the time. For some TS meals we may be meeting up at at a restaurant. I will give them copies of the ADR places/times/numbers.
Here's my question: If one party arrives first and their turn to be seated comes up before the other party arrives, what's the recommended check-in procedure for the later party? Do they just wait in the ADR lineup and give the name the reservation is in? I'm wondering if it works from a cross-off type of list where the reserver's name is still visible and shown as having been seated, or whether, once "someone" has arrived, the ADR disappears from the system.
Can anyone advise me on how this would be handled? Or is it just best to not join the ADR line-up until all parties and present and accounted for? TIA!
