ADR cancel number-is it the same as reservations?

Needing to cancel a couple reservations, but do not want to be sitting on hold forever to do so. Is there a way I can just call the restaurant directly? Or do I need to go through another gruelling wait on hold?

Yes it is, have you considered posting the ones you are canceling on cancel post?

Also, if you call during the day it is likely that you will not be on hold as long as you are when you call between 7-10AM Eastern time.

Yep! I have called very early and after 9pm, those seem to be the longest wait times. I have called midday and gotten right through. (And been a little disappointed since I really enjoy the hold music! )
