in epcot & finally convinced ds (19) to encounter character dining again-
Very quickly booked garden grill....and it was wonderful.

Vegetarian meatloaf was one of the tastiest foods I ate during our trip.


A mix of extreme planning & spontaneous decisions worked out well.

Glad it worked out for you. I have found that you an usually get a decent last minute reservation if you are open to different places. I have gotten many within an hour of dining.

We did the same thing with Boma the other day. It was a delightful surprise, since we had never been there. I think it's our new favorite!

While I was on MDE at around 2:00, I saw a 4:45 pop up for BOG. I thought "someone out there is about to luck out!"

We had never ate there previously either.

I devoured the vege meatloaf-it was divine.

Awesome to hear. This is predominantly how we like to eat and I think most people would be surprised by how much is available at the 180 minute vice 180 day mark
