ADR at Hollywood Vine wi/o Park ticket?

Hi - we will meet up with my MIL who is flying in much later the same evening. In fact, so late (7p) that its not worth it for her to buy a park ticket that day. So can she still meet us for dinner (ADR) at Hollywood Vine just for dinner? Or does one need an actual park ticket for that restaurant?

Park admission is required for all meals within a park. If you wish you dine with her that evening, she can purchase a park ticket or you can do a TS meal at a resort. If she is planning on purchasing a multiday ticket, it does not cost much to add a day.
