What park and what time of year?

If you're talking about a situation where there's a hard ticketed event starting at 7:00 such as MNSSHP or MVMCP then you will not be allowed to check in for your 7:10 ADR without a ticket to the event. Yes that includes CRT even if you've paid for it meaning you'll lose your money.

If you're talking about a situation where the park just closes like AK which often closes at 7:00 or even earlier then I believe you can walk at a leisurely pace and take pictures as you leave.

You will always get fresh food regardless of time of day. It's a legal issue. Restaurants can not serve food that's been sitting for more than a certain amount of time (I don't know the exact time but it's not long). Food will always be freshly prepared even for guests at the end of the night.
